This was delicious! I used regular rice as that's what my family prefers, but otherwise the same and we gobbled it up! Looking at the other reviews, I agree- nuts would be yummy on this. I would do the cashews on the chicken and maybe the rice too, maybe some sliced scallions on the rice as well? Also, it was really easy to control the amount of spice which was nice. I only put a little in and put more at the table so my kids could eat it too.

This was easy to make and it had all the complex flavors of Thai food. I would double the sauce and add more basil. Topping it with cashew gives it some crunch.
