Spiced Salmon with Mustard Sauce Menu
Choose no-fuss seafood for a speedy and nutritious supper. (Serves 4)
* Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 minced garlic cloves to pan; sauté 1 minute. Add 12 cups fresh trimmed spinach to pan; sauté 3 minutes or until spinach begins to wilt. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.
