Snapper with Basil-Mint Sauce Menu
A quick entrée and side dishes get supper on the table in a flash.
Sautéed green beans Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1/4 cup chopped onion; sauté 3 minutes. Stir in 1 pound trimmed, halved green beans; sauté 5 minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup water; cover and cook 2 minutes. Stir in 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce.
