Simple Steak Supper Menu
Flavored salt offers a quick way to jazz up the taste of seared or grilled meats, fish, or poultry.
Mashed potatoes sprinkled with cracked black pepper
Steamed haricots verts or green beans
Pound cake with fresh berries
Beef tenderloin steaks Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon butter to pan; swirl to coat. Add 4 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks to pan; cook 2 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove steaks from pan; let stand 5 minutes. Rub each steak with 1/4 teaspoon Lemon-Rosemary Salt.
