Flavored salt offers a quick way to jazz up the taste of seared or grilled meats, fish, or poultry. Serves: 4
Beef tenderloin steaks
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon butter to pan; swirl to coat. Add 4 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks to pan; cook 2 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove steaks from pan; let stand 5 minutes. Rub each steak with 1/4 teaspoon Lemon-Rosemary Salt.
