Simple Shrimp and Potato Salad Supper
Pair this shrimp-laden salad with golden, garlicky toasts for a meal that's ready in less than 40 minutes. (Serves 4)
• Garlic toast Rub 4 (1-ounce) French bread slices with cut sides of a halved garlic clove, brush with 1 teaspoon olive oil. Broil 1 minute or until golden.
• Orange slices
Total time: 40 minutes
1. Prepare dressing.
2. Cook potatoes.
3. While potatoes cook:
• Prepare garlic toast.
4. Toss salad.
