Fruit salad with lemon-ginger dressing *
* Conbine 2 cups halved strawberries, 1 cup cubed canteloupe, and 1 cup cubed pineapple. Combine 1 1/2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon olive oil, and 1/4 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger; stir with a whisk. Drizzle over fruit; toss to coat.
