Spaghetti Carbonara with Leeks and Pancetta
• Radicchio slaw Combine 2 3/4 cups thinly sliced radicchio and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley in a bowl. Combine 1 tablespoon extravirgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Add to radicchio mixture; toss well.• Red grapes GAME PLANTotal time: 40 minutes1. While water boils for pasta:• Prepare ingredients for carbonara. 2.
