Quick Beef Boliche Menu
This hearty meal features beef and vegetables in a deeply flavored broth. (Serves 4)
Romaine salad with mango vinaigrette*
* Combine 6 cups sliced romaine lettuce and 3/4 cup cubed peeled ripe mango in a large bowl. Place another 3/4 cup cubed peeled ripe mango, 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, and a dash of salt in a blender; process until smooth. Drizzle dressing over lettuce mixture. Top each serving with 2 teaspoons chopped pistachios.
