Pancake Supper

Pancakes, spiced tea and a colorful fruit salad are a dreamy breakfast—but keep this menu in mind for a creative dinner option, too. (Serves 6)

Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes

Fresh fruit salad Combine 3 cups sliced strawberries, 1 cup blueberries, and 1 cup sliced banana in a large bowl. Sprinkle fruit with 1 tablespoon sugar; toss well to combine. Chill until ready to serve.

Chai tea 


Total time: 20 minutes

1. Prepare fruit salad; refrigerate until serving time.

2. Prepare pancake batter.

3. While pancakes cook, boil water and steep tea.
