• Pita Crisps Preheat broiler. Cut each of 4 pitas into 8 wedges. Arrange wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Lightly brush with 2 teaspoons olive oil, sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon dried basil and 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Broil for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and pita is lightly browned.
