This is my new "go to" recipe for Turkey Burgers. I generally have all the ingredients on hand and my husband loves them. We just use those thin hamburger buns and while the Tzatziki sauce is good, you don't need it. The burgers are good on their own.
Mediterranean Turkey Burgers Menu
Here's a quick-fix meal that will easily fit your busy schedule.
Sliced red bell pepper and celery sticks
Tzatziki sauce Combine 1/2 cup plain low-fat, Greek-style yogurt; 1/4 cup finely chopped seeded cucumber; 1/4 teaspoon salt; and 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper. Serve with sliced bell pepper and celery sticks.
