Breaded Pork Cutlets
• Garlic-scented turnip greens Cook 1 (1-pound) bag prewashed turnip greens in boiling water 5 minutes or until tender; drain. Add 2 teaspoons minced garlic and 2 teaspoons olive oil to pan; cook over medium-high heat 1 minute. Add greens and 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce. Cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.• Garlic bread GAME PLANTotal time: 25 minutes1. While water for turnip greens comes to a boil:• Set up three shallow dishes for coating cutlets.• Make breadcrumbs. 2.
