Hearty Beef Potpie Dinner

Warm up family and friends with this beef and veggie potpie topped with tender breadstick dough. Then cool them down with gingersnap ice cream sandwiches. (Serves 6)

Beef and Vegetable Potpie

Mixed green salad 

Gingersnap ice cream sandwiches Place 12 gingersnap cookies, bottom sides up, on a work surface. Top each with 1 tablespoon low-fat vanilla ice cream; top each with another cookie. Arrange sandwiches on a baking sheet; freeze.


Total time: 42 minutes

1. While oven preheats:
• Prepare potpie.

2. While potpie bakes:
• Prepare ice cream sandwiches.
• Prepare salad.
