* Combine 1/4 cup low-fat evaporated milk, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds 2 tablespoons light sour cream, and 2 tablespoons white vinegar, stirring until smooth. Combine 1 1/2 cups quartered strawberries, 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion, and 1 (6-ounce) package baby spinach; toss gently. Drizzle dressing mixture over spinach mixture; toss gently. Serve immediately.
