*Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 minced garlic clove, and a dash of salt in a microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave on HIGH 8 seconds or until warm. Let stand 5 minutes. Brush both sides of 2 (3.25-ounce) naan flatbreads or other flatbreads with oil mixture. Place bread on grill rack; grill 1 minute on each side or until browned.
