Grilled Miso-Marinated Filet Mignon Menu

This quick-cooking steak dinner gets a quick turn in a nontraditional marinade. Maximum flavor from minimal effort? Sounds like a plan for an easy weeknight dinner fresh from the grill. Pair with an easy noodle salad.

Grilled Miso-Marinated Filet Mignon

*Cook 4 ounces wide rice nooldes according to package directions; add 1 cup sugar snap peas during last 3 minutes of cooking time. Drain and rinse with cold water; drain. Combine noodles mixture, 1 cup orange bell pepper strips, 1/4 cup sliced green onions, 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil, 1 teaspoon sambal oelek (ground fresh chile paste), 1/2 teaspoon bottled ground fresh ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
