Ginger Beef Salad with Miso Vinaigrette


Soba noodles

Minted strawberries
Heat 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup torn mint, and 1/4 cup water until sugar melts. Strain; cool. Stir in 4 cups halved strawberries.
