• Garlicky Pasta with Fresh Tomatoes and Basil
• Broccoli rabe: Broccoli rabe: Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1/4 cup chopped shallots, 1 tablespoon butter, and 2 minced garlic cloves; cook 4 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper, and 11/2 pounds broccoli rabe; cook 1 minute. Add 3/4 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth; cover and cook 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.
• Fresh berries
1. While pasta cooks:
• Chop tomatoes, garlic, and shallots
• Clean berries
• Grate cheese
2. While broccoli rabe cooks:
• Chop basil
• Toss pasta
