Fusilli with Pistachio Pesto Menu

This Italian-inspired supper salad requires minimal cooking. (Serves 4)

Fusilli with Pistachio Pesto

* Combine 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic and 1 tablespoon melted butter, stirring well with a fork. Brush 4 (1/2-inch-thick) slices ciabatta or other crusty Italian bread with about 1 teaspoon garlic mixture. Place bread slices on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375º for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
