Flank Steak with Creamy Mushroom Sauce Menu
This meal sizzles as a no-fuss evening choice. (Serves 4)
* Steam 1 pound trimmed asparagus, covered, 3 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add asparagus, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to pan; toss well. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
