Casual yet distinctive, this meal delivers Mediterranean flair. Prepare the green beans while the lamb marinates.
Iced mint tea
Green beans with feta Steam 1 pound trimmed green beans 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Combine beans and 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion in a large bowl. Add 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper; toss to coat. Top with 2/3 cup coarsely chopped toasted walnuts and 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled feta cheese.
