Garlicky broccoli rabeCook 8 cups (2-inch) cut broccoli rabe in boiling water 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and plunge into ice water; drain. Heat 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper and 4 minced garlic cloves; cook 1 minute, stirring frequently. Add broccoli rabe and 1/2 teaspoon salt; cook 3 minutes or until heated, stirring occasionally. Serve with lemon wedges.
