Deli Dinner Menu
Put together a quick meal of sandwiches, make-ahead slaw, and cornichons (French for gherkin, a small pickle). (Serves 4)
Slaw with feta*
* Combine 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon extravirgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Combine 4 cups packaged angel hair slaw, 1/2 cup chopped green onions, and 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese. Drizzle dressing over slaw; toss to combine.
