Pasta with Chickpeas and Garlic Sauce
• Broccoli rabe with garlic Heat 1 tablespoon extravirgin olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 2 smashed peeled garlic cloves; cook 30 seconds or until garlic is fragrant. Add 1 1/2 pounds cleaned and trimmed broccoli rabe, tossing to coat. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add 1/4 cup water; cover and cook 9 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Toss with 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
