Creamy Chickpea Pasta Supper

Creamy pasta and garlicky broccoli rabe team up in this healthy 30-minute dinner. (Serves 4)

Pasta with Chickpeas and Garlic Sauce

Broccoli rabe with garlic Heat 1 tablespoon extravirgin olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 2 smashed peeled garlic cloves; cook 30 seconds or until garlic is fragrant. Add 1 1/2 pounds cleaned and trimmed broccoli rabe, tossing to coat. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add 1/4 cup water; cover and cook 9 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Toss with 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.

1. While oil heats for garlic:
• Boil water for pasta.

2. While chickpeas simmer:
• Cook pasta.
• Prepare broccoli rabe.
• Halve tomatoes.
• Juice lemon for pasta and broccoli rabe.
