* Combine 2 cups cubed seeded watermelon and 1 cup sliced peeled mango in a medium bowl. Combine 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, 2 teaspoons honey, and 1/8 teaspoon salt, stirring with a whisk. Drizzle juice mixture over fruit; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint.
