• Chopped romaine with mint Combine 4 cups thinly sliced romaine lettuce and 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint in a bowl. Combine 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and 1/8 teaspoon salt in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Drizzle over salad; toss to combine.
• Garlic breadsticks

1. While water for pasta comes to a boil and oven preheats for breadsticks:
• Slice green onions.
• Chop dill.
• Drain chickpeas.
2. While pasta cooks:
• Bake breadsticks.
• Prepare romaine salad.
• Prepare dressing for orzo salad.
