Beefy Stir-Fry Bowls

Spoon this juicy stir-fry over a fragrant mound of jasmine rice, then dish out coconut sorbet with fresh mangoes for dessert. (Serves 4)

Steak, Shiitake, and Bok Choy Stir-Fry

Jasmine Rice Bring 2 cups water, 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil in a medium saucepan; add 2 cups jasmine rice. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork. Stir in 1/3 cup sliced green onions.

Coconut sorbet with fresh mangoes 

GAME PLAN

Total time: 45 minutes

1. While steak marinates:
• Slice vegetables for stir-fry.
• Boil water for rice.

2. While rice simmers:
• Cook steak and vegetables.
