Asian Steak Dinner Menu
Because the vegetable side dish echoes the robust flavors in the entrée, it's best to serve minimally seasoned rice with this meal. (Serves 4)
* Bring 1/3 cup water to a boil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 pound halved baby bok choy; cover and cook 4 minutes. Remove bok choy from pan. Wipe pan clean with paper towels. Heat 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil in pan over medium heat. Add 1/2 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger and 1 minced garlic clove; cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Stir in 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce, and 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce; cook 1 minute. Return bok choy to pan; toss to coat.
