2 pounds fresh broccoli, cleaned and steamed
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons Chablis or other dry white wine

Preparation

Arrange broccoli spears in a serving dish. Combine melted butter and wine; pour over broccoli and toss lightly.
