1 pound yellow wax beans, trimmed
2 teaspoons lower-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon Sriracha
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup chopped unsalted, dry-roasted peanuts


1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add beans; cook 5 minutes. Drain well.

2. Combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, Sriracha, vinegar, and sesame oil in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add wax beans and cilantro to bowl; toss to coat. Sprinkle with peanuts.
