Use frozen watermelon cubes to create an icy texture in this boozy summertime refresher. If looking for a non-alcoholic approach, simply omit the tequila.  

Serves: 4

Ingredients

8 cups 1-inch seedless watermelon cubes, frozen
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 jalapeño, halved and seeded
3/4 cup silver tequila, optional
Mint sprigs and watermelon wedge, for garnish

Preparation

Active: 5 Minutes
Total: 5 Minutes

Process watermelon, lime juice, honey and jalapeño in a blender until smooth. Stir in tequila, if desired. Serve over ice. Garnish with mint sprigs and watermelon wedge.
