Serves 6 (serving size: 1/4 cup)
Preheat oven to 300°. Pat dry thawed edamame; place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 300° for 20 minutes. Scrape into a bowl. Add sesame oil, wasabi powder, salt, and pepper to bowl; toss. Spread on baking sheet; bake at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes.
