Warm Rosemary Lemonade Sipper

1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat; let stand 10 minutes. Strain mixture, discarding rosemary. Serve warm or chilled with fresh rosemary sprigs, if desired.
