Warm Pear with Cinnamon Ricotta

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


Preheat broiler or toaster oven. Halve and core pear; place on a baking sheet. Broil until tender (10-12 minutes). In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese and cinnamon. Top warm pear with ricotta mixture.
