Warm Dried Cherry Sauce

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups dried cherries
2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 1/2 tablespoons brandy

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan; stir well. Cook over medium heat 8 minutes or until thickened. Spoon sauce over cheesecake.
