Waldorf Salad With Wine

4 unpeeled Winesap or Jonathan apples, cored and cut into cubes
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 cup seedless grapes
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup dry white wine
6 lettuce cups


Combine apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts in a medium mixing bowl.

Combine mayonnaise and wine, stirring well. Pour over fruit mixture; toss lightly. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve in lettuce cups.
