Very Veggie Casserole with Salad and Fruit

1 cup frozen strawberries
4 ice
1 cup low fat milk


In a blender, combine juice, strawberries, ice cubes, and milk. You may sweeten the shake with a teaspoon of sugar (16 calories/4 grams of carbohydrate per teaspoon) or if you wish you could add a packet of artificial sweetener of your choice. If shake is too thick, add a few tablespoons of water.
