Vegetarian Burger

1 veggie burger
2 ounce low fat or non fat shredded cheddar cheese
1 rye bread
1/4 cup lettuce of choice
1/4 tomato (medium)
1 tangerine
1 cup fresh spinach
1 bell pepper
3/4 tomato (medium)
1/2 tablespoon olive oil and vinegar dressing


Cook veggie burger per package cooking directions as these may vary from product to product. Top burger with cheese and broil to melt cheese, if desired. Serve veggie burger(s) on rye bread and top with lettuce and tomato slices. Spinach Salad: Tear spinach into bite size pieces. Slice bell pepper and tomato; toss with spinach. Olive Oil & Vinegar Dressing: Mix oil and vinegar together. Add spices you desire. Keep refrigerated, shake well before using.
