Vegetable Roll-Up

1/2 cup sliced zucchini
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1 tablespoon Italian dressing
2 tablespoons store-bought hummus
1 whole-wheat tortilla


In a small bowl, combine the zucchini, carrot, and dressing. Spoon the hummus into the tortilla. Top with the vegetable mixture and roll to form a wrap.
