Turkey Salad with Black Beans

6 ounce ground, skinless turkey breast
1 teaspoon taco seasoning mix
2 cups lettuce of choice
1 bell pepper
1 tomato (medium)
1/4 red onion (small)
2 1/2 tablespoon low sodium salsa
1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed & drained
1 tablespoon avocado


In a non-stick skillet, brown ground turkey with taco seasoning mix until browned. Rinse, dry and tear lettuce into bite size pieces in a large salad bowl. Rinse and slice all vegetables and toss with lettuce. Mix drained beans with salsa. Top salad with cooked ground turkey, beans mixture, and chopped avocado. Enjoy.
