Turkey Burger

1 whole wheat hamburger bun
6 ounce ground, skinless turkey breast
1/4 onion (small)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups mixed salad greens
9 cherry tomatoes
3 fresh radishes
1/2 tablespoon olive oil and vinegar dressing
1/2 cup red or green grapes


Mix ground turkey with garlic powder and pepper and form into patty. Broil about 5 minutes on each side for medium or until desired doneness; serve on bun with sliced onion.
