Turkey and Avocado Wrap

2 slices whole-grain bread or wrap
Sliced avocado, as desired
3 to 4 slices turkey breast
Sliced tomato, as desired
Field greens
Aged parmesan cheese, as desired
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoons plain, fat-free yogurt


In small bowl, mince garlic clove and combine to mustard and yogurt. Apply the resulting mustard spread on two slices of whole grain bread or on one side of a whole-wheat wrap. Layer avocado, field greens, turkey slices and parmesan cheese in wrap or on one slice of bread and top with remaining bread slice - or roll up the wrap.
