1 (12-ounce) sushi-grade yellowfin tuna steak, diced
2 tablespoons minced red onion
2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons capers, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Crème fraîche


Combine tuna and next 7 ingredients in a bowl. Spoon mixture onto blini; top with crème fraîche and caviar.
