Tuna and Chickpea Salad

2 cups lettuce of choice
3 ounce water packed tuna
1 cup low sodium canned chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
1 hard boiled egg
1/4 red onion (small)
2 teaspoon fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
3 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 tablespoon olive oil


Rinse, dry and tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Drain tuna and slice egg; set aside. Finely chop onion and chives. Mix tuna with onions, chive and seasoning. Top lettuce with tuna mixture and lightly toss with vinegar and oil. Enjoy!
