1 pint passion-fruit sorbet
1 cup guava juice
1 cup papaya juice
1 cup passionfruit rum
3 cups crushed ice
Garnish: sliced star fruit


Process sorbet, guava juice, papaya juice, rum, and crushed ice in a 7-cup blender until smooth. Garnish, if desired.

Note: If using a 5-cup blender, prepare recipe in batches.
