1/2 cup diced orange sections
1/2 cup diced peeled papaya
1/2 cup diced Granny Smith apple
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
