Tossed Salad With Garlic Dressing

1 large clove garlic, halved
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 head endive lettuce
6 green onion fans

Preparation

Rub the inside of a large salad bowl with cut sides of garlic; discard garlic, and set bowl aside.

Separate lettuce leaves; wash and drain thoroughly. Tear into bite-size pieces.

Combine lettuce and green onion fans in prepared salad bowl; toss lightly to mix well. Cover and chill thoroughly. Serve salad with Garlic Dressing.
