1/4 cup (2 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese with basil and tomato
1 tablespoon country-style Dijon mustard
1 2 chopped pitted kalamata olives
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 (8-ounce) loaf French bread, cut in half horizontally
2 cups baby spinach
4 (1/4-inch-thick) slices tomato


Prep: 8 Minutes

Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl, mixing well. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over bottom half of loaf. Place spinach and tomato slices evenly over cream cheese mixture on bottom half of loaf. Top with remaining top half of loaf. Cut into 4 equal sandwiches.
