Tomato and Rice Salad

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 cups cooked white rice
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

Preparation

Add the balsamic vinegar to the Basic Vinaigrette. Combine the rice (cooled) and the tomatoes in a serving bowl. Add the vinaigrette mixture and toss to combine.
